Jessica has coached high school basketball for over 10 years. Most recently she was the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Plainville High School. In that position she successfully built a program, which was 3-17 when she arrived and worked to build them into a top 10 ranking team in the Central Connecticut Conference (CCC) in 2021. Prior to Plainville, Jessica was the Junior Varsity Coach at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, CT where she consistently led her team to winning seasons. She was responsible for player development, and led the strength and conditioning program. 

Jessica is the only player in school history to score over 1,000 points at St. Mary’s School in Branford, CT. She played AAU for 7 years for top Connecticut programs. Jessica was a Three-Time Varsity Captain for Sacred Heart Academy, where she was named a Southern Connecticut Conference All-Quinnipiac Player and a Connecticut Tap Off Club All County Player. She played Division II College Basketball for Saint Michael’s College in the NE-10 Conference.

Paul Oliva

· Holds an  MA in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine
